Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Gummble is operated by OPENVERSE COMPANY LIMITED (CÔNG TY TNHH OPENVERSE), a company registered in Vietnam ("Openverse", "we", "us", or "our"). Our company website is openverse.tech.

These terms govern your use of gummble.com, the Gummble mobile apps, and the Gummble MCP server (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Gummble is a curated library of UI screenshots, user flows, and design patterns from publicly available apps, provided for design research and inspiration. Screenshots depict third-party applications whose designs and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their inclusion does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

3. Accounts

You sign in through an OAuth provider such as Google, or with an email address and password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider and your credentials secure. Accounts are for one person; sharing a paid account is not permitted outside of a Team plan.

4. Subscriptions, Offers, and Billing

A free account opens every app with the first 5 screens and one flow per app, downloads those previews with a watermark, and keeps up to 3 collections. Paid plans start at $9.99/month and are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Polar. A first web subscription to Browse or Pro on monthly billing can start with 7 days free. When it does, checkout says so and shows the date of the first charge; cancel before that date and you are not charged. Yearly and Team plans are charged at checkout. Purchases made in a Gummble iOS app are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. The exact App Store price, currency, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown before you confirm a purchase; no App Store trial is promised unless Apple displays it to you.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Web subscriptions can be managed from Gummble account settings. Apple subscriptions must be managed from your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and paid access continues until then. You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the first paid charge of a web subscription. After a free trial, that is the charge made when the trial ends. Email support@gummble.com. Renewals and later charges are not refundable unless the law requires it. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Write to support@gummble.com for web billing help. We may change web plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice; Apple presents and handles any App Store price change under its own rules.

5. Acceptable Use

The library is licensed for your design research, reference, and internal use. You may not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute the library or substantial portions of it; build a competing dataset or service from it; circumvent plan limits or access controls; or use the Service in violation of applicable law. The Gummble MCP server is read-only and subject to fair-use rate limits; automated access outside the documented MCP and web interfaces is not permitted.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its curation, organization, metadata, and software — is owned by Openverse. Third-party app designs shown in screenshots remain the property of their owners. If you own rights in content shown on Gummble and want it removed, contact support@gummble.com and we will respond promptly.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5–9) survive termination.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Openverse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms go to support@gummble.com.
